Flexible Office Space

The heart of HUBbuild is the flexible office spaces for the incubator tenants. The incubator offices are intentionally flexible to allow for tenants to flex and grow as needed. The spaces will be equipped with zoned HVAC and lighting. The offices do not contain any conferencing facilities, restrooms, or other typical elements found in typical office spaces. This allows the spaces to be smaller in size and less expensive. All offices will have glass fronts that open into a common hallway across from The Great Space. 

Community Program Elements

With intentionally compact offices the need is greater for a collection of well curated shared community spaces. The majority of these spaces are located at the entry to the space in order to increase collaboration of incubator members. The spaces will include conference rooms and a lounge / kitchen space. These spaces will help foster a sense of community within the incubator. The shared restroom and wellness room faculties are located towards the rear of the space. These are gender neural to further reinforce the sense of togetherness.

The Great Space

No community is complete without a space to gather. That is the Great Space. When not officially programed, incubator members are encouraged to use the space.  This can be for meeting or larger projects. The space will also be host to outside vendors and popups that support the mission of HUBbuild. A series of glass openings facing towards the incubator spaces will help reinforce collaboration with office tenants.
